Learn to prepare, use and maintain an environmentally friendly indigo vat. Bring along up to 3 items of natural fabric e.g. cotton, silk, linen or wool, that you wish to dye (nothing larger than a t shirt, please!). Full handout supplied, plus items to prepare, if wished, for some resists to produce patterns on the dyed items. Please bring apron or wear old clothes, rubber gloves and a plastic bag large enough to transport your dyed items.
