Visual imagery strongly influences my emotional engagement with the wider environment. Embracing that emotional connection allows me to seek out and capture beauty or interest in fragments of this amazing and dazzling world.

Photography feeds my creativity and imagination while artistic licence allows my work to evolve. My eye is drawn to silhouettes, contrast, colour and shape, my heart to how the subject or location makes me feel while my hand seeks to convey those same inspirational elements as 2D pieces. Creating unique artwork to invoke memories, emotion or quiet contemplation through the permanence of each piece is an absolute privilege and delight.

Throughout the year a selection of my framed photographs, artwork and cards are available in All Our Own Crafts, Festival Place, Basingstoke and online via The British Craft House/ Pictures2Mixtures.
2026 exhibitions, with the art collective 7Artists+ will be at Proteus Creation Space, Basingstoke and include:
• 9-17th May 2026 – West Berks and North Hants Open Studios (OSWBNH26)
• 21-31st August 2026 – Hampshire Open Studios (HOS26).
