Art disciplines: Mixed media, Photography

I am a Mixed media artist based in the picturesque Hampshire countryside. My artistic journey began in South Africa, where my passion for art first took root during my school years. Since then, I have explored diverse mediums and techniques, drawing inspiration from aerial photography and the natural beauty that surrounds me.

My work is characterized by intricate layering and rich texture, built up through various mediums to create depth and dimension that turns art into an experience you feel, not just see. I have been honored to participate in several exhibitions and am excited to return for my third year with West Berks and North Hants Open Studios 2026. My work is currently on display at 7Artist+ exhibition at Proteus Creation Space in Basingstoke.

Experimentation and play lies at the heart of my creative process. It is through exploration that I make new discoveries, and I find joy in the journey itself, even when things don’t work out as planned. For me, art is about curiosity, learning, and embracing the unexpected along the way.
