Sabine Tillie-Davidson

Art disciplines: Photography

Sabine uses her dedicated photographic studio and outdoor photoshoots to create images and audiovisuals that are often fun, bold, quirky, mischievous, and sometimes a little dark. Her photographic interests include portraits, botanical art, abstract art, contemporary still-life, and landscapes.

Sabine’s photographic endeavours are supported by her broader creative interests, such as using diverse materials to create outfits, hats, and accessories for her photographic subjects. As Programme Secretary and President Elect of Basingstoke Camera Club, she regularly initiates novel evenings on creative topics; a recent example being hybrid photography, combining photography with other artistic techniques.

Sabine gained her Licentiate and Associate Distinctions from the Royal Photographic Society for her creative portraits. In 2025, she was awarded an “RHS Gold Medal” and “Best Portfolio Photography Exhibit” at a six-week exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London. In 2023, she won the Southern Counties Photographic Federation Audio Visual Championship.

She is currently working on creating a collaborative book of photopoetry.
