I’m Jacqueline Denham, the creator behind Ruby and Jack Design, and have been transforming anodised aluminium and copper wire into pieces of sculpture and jewellery for the past 15 years.
My work draws inspiration from various sources, including nature, architecture, and the interplay of light and shadow. Nature has always been a profound source of inspiration for my art. The delicate beauty of Cow Parsley, meadow flowers, and grasses has particularly captivated my imagination. These elements of the natural world possess an ethereal quality that I strive to convey in my sculptures.
In addition to my sculptures, I create anodised aluminium jewellery that combines elegance and artistry. Each piece of jewellery is a wearable work of art, designed with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship as my sculptures. The use of anodised aluminium and sterling silver wire in my jewellery allows for lightweight, durable, and visually striking pieces that are both unique and timeless.
