Art disciplines: Drawing and painting

Working in oils, Davina explores colour and mark to articulate her own felt experience of places that resonate with her. Whether working on large-scale landscapes or smaller organic abstract studies, she draws inspiration for her paintings from the places she has travelled to, hiked or walked through. Pulling from memory and her own source material, she seeks to create an energy as close as possible to that of her own observations and lived experience of being stood within nature and its elements. Davina has a Masters in Fine Art Painting have studied at Chelsea, Camberwell and Winchester Schools of Art.
