This workshop is a small group activity, for adults for adults and children 10 years and older (any children will be expected to attend with an adult carer/parent AND for the adult to participate and create). We will be co-creating a sculpture from reclaimed and found. Children should be able, with adult support, to do some basic stitching or knotting.

In this workshop you will co-create a sculpture from reclaimed and found objects. These will dangle and hang from a broken bicycle wheel I found in the woods.

There is no charge for this workshop, but please do bring some supplies (ideas below). Your string/strings will be added to the sculpture which will be left on show till end of May and n view for my open studio. All contributors will be acknowledged.

If you like, you are welcome to take away a small pack of fabric and a card to make your own slow stitched (or glued) card.

Please bring some materials from home. This may include anything that might look good hanging from a string something like:
sea glass
pieces of broken glass or crockery (as long as no sharp edges)
Plastic bottle tops
Dried out teabags
Old beads (best with large holes)

You can also bring string or similar to attach objects to like:
String (from packages)
Ribbons (from purchases Or stash)
Strip of fabric

Booking is required to secure a space as numbers are limited
