We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We do not pass on data to any third parties for marketing purposes other than for the requirements and under the control of the OS.

Press releases

We supply to press contacts such as the Newbury Weekly News and the BBC, press releases about artists and events relevant to the current year of Open Studios. Any personal information in these press releases is derived from the content of their entry in the OSWBNH Directory of Artists or on this website, any additional information is agreed in advance with the artists concerned.

Data transfer and storage

This Open Studios West Berkshire and North Hampshire website is operated by a committee of volunteers in support of the activities promoting their arts in West Berkshire and North Hampshire. All information on the website is stored in the United Kingdom.

Newsletter mailing lists

Names and email details of subscribers to our email newsletters are stored by MailChimp to assist in processing our newsletters. These details are not and will never be shared with any third party.

Access to your personal information

Newsletter mailing lists

All newsletters distributed via MailChimp contain a link to your personal preferences at MailChimp, this allows you to make changes to these preferences. In addition each newsletter contains a link that enables you to unsubscribe from that mailing list.

Changes to this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed annually by the committee of Open Studios West Berkshire and North Hampshire. If we change our Privacy Policy at any time, we will post a new version on this Website. The new policy will become effective when posted and will replace any prior policies that are inconsistent with it.
