Vibrant colours and patterns fused with exploratory mark making are key areas of interest in my work. Landscapes striving to evoke a sense of time and place, still life domestic interiors celebrating the beauty in the every day. I collect memories and crockery and share them with you through my brush marks. Optimism and observation, taking time to look and celebrate each new day. I hope my work uplifts the onlooker. I am continuing to enjoy my artistic investigations and through my teaching hope to encourage and inspire others to do the same.
