Laura’s subject matter is nature, from animals to trees, whatever captures her interest.
Her sculptures are created with wire which provides a harsh contrast between it and the essence of the subject she captures.
Laura often includes a natural material in each piece, stone or wood, connecting the sculpture to its subject.
After living in Scotland for 16 years, Laura has recently returned to the South of England.
Laura's work now is predominantly created using chicken wire and rabbit netting. Most of her time is spent creating commissioned pieces, but there will be plenty to see when you visit.
Joining two other artists this year in the Bowls pavilion and the Folly in the grounds of Stockcross House.
