After graduating from college with a Degree in Graphic design in 1980 I spent the next ten years working as an illustrator and model maker. By the early nineties I had switched to working with wood, mostly on traditional timber framed buildings and larger structures. Having recently retired I have gone back to designing and making sculptural benches. These are predominantly constructed from local English oak incorporating natural curves and characteristics of the wood itself.
