I like painting many subject matters, landscapes, still life, and people. At the moment I am fascinated by reflections in water and shadows and trees, nature in its most mysterious and reflective. Its probably age that lets me ponder on the profound beauty all around us , and the emotional response that I get from it.

I work mainly in oils but enjoy using other media as the subject matter calls for, water colour and more recently I have rediscovered gouache. As well as pastels.

I teach locally, at The Base and at Boxford, and all are welcome.
