Sunrise Studio is located on the outskirts of the charming village of East Ilsley, nestled in the heart of the North Wessex Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The studio is a working home to Jill Hobbs, who showcased her talents on BBC1’s "Make it at Market" (Series 2). Jill specialises in creating vibrant portraits and landscapes using a variety of mixed media for commissioned work and exhibitions. Joining her for her third Open Studios event is Katy Morris, whose stunning and tactile ceramic art is inspired by nature and the enchanting colors of the sea.

We warmly invite you to visit the studio, conveniently located along main walking routes to the Ridgeway. With breathtaking views and just a short stroll to two cozy local pubs, it’s the perfect outing for art and nature lovers alike!
