I love to search out the framed view. A contrived viewpoint. A dance of shape and pattern. Shadow and light playing with each other to reveal form, texture, movement, character. I love too, listening for the fleeting moment that a yet uncaptured image sings out.

And always monochrome. No colour to distract us into over-familiarity. Just pattern and proportion and light and texture and story.

There is always a story.
