Watermill Theatre

The Watermill Theatre welcomes over 72,000 visitors annually to its intimate, 200 seat venue. It is a leading force in cultivating the theatre-makers of tomorrow. This year, The Watermill is marking its 50th anniversary with a celebratory season of events at its unique, idyllic home by the River Lambourn, near Newbury.

A vibrant exhibition of works by Lorraine Mash is on display in the theatre's tithe barn restaurant. Lorraine is a painter and textile artist working with a variety of mediums and styles, using watercolours, oils, pastels and acrylics. She enjoys painting a wide variety of subject matter from harbours and boats as well as people and the scenery around Newbury.
